Tony was part of the team that created Towergate in 1997. 

He began his career with Guardian Royal Exchange and Black Sea and Baltic, where he held a variety of senior sales roles. 

In 1985, he moved to Economic Insurance to focus on scheme development.

Tony subsequently became Sales Director of Hiscox before joining the management team of Towergate from its inception.
