Towergate Announces Acquisition of PMI Provider City &
Suburban Health
Towergate Partnership today announced the acquisition of Private
Medical Insurance provider City & Suburban Health. As part of
the transaction, the current management and staff will be retained
under the leadership of Lee Birch, the current Managing
Director.
Established in 1997, City & Suburban focuses on the
provision of PMI cover for UK small to medium commercial
enterprises. This acquisition strengthens Towergate’s healthcare
capabilities where it continues to build its position as a leading
player in the PMI market.
Peter Cullum, Executive Chairman of Towergate said, "This is
another great signing for Towergate. This is the first of several
PMI acquisitions currently under discussion for completion this
