Towergate unveils new events and media insurance
capability
Towergate today announces the launch of
Towergate Coverex, a new force in the events and media insurance
space. Towergate Coverex combines the strengths of Woodgates and
Coverex International along with some existing specialisms across
Towergate to create a significant new capability.
The new Towergate Coverex team of 33 will be
headed by John Harrison who was formerly CEO of Woodgates, the
leading events and exhibitions insurance broker which Towergate
acquired in February 2008. Towergate Coverex will operate as
both a specialist wholesale and retail broker providing expert
advice and leading edge products for event organisers, exhibitors,
contractors, performers in film, advertising, media of all types
and performing arts.
