Towergate Partnership today announces that Darryl Clark has been appointed to the main board of Towergate as Company Secretary and Group Risk Management Director.   Darryl was formerly Towergate’s Head of Risk Management and replaces John Reddi who has retired from his current role but continues as a consultant on a part time basis.

Darryl is a Chartered Company Secretary as well as holding other professional memberships and qualifications. He was Deputy Managing Director of Folgate Insurance Company Ltd prior to its acquisition by Towergate, and comes from a background of risk management and internal audit. As well as Company Secretariat, Darryl will be responsible for legal, compliance, internal audit and risk management.
